Return the merchandise to us in its original packing along with the invoice. Do note that we do not offer exchange of our products. In case of missing or damaged products, you need to initiate return request within 24 hours of delivery through your account and provide all necessary details. Customer can only return within 15 days, starting from the day of delivery of your product.
All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
